1. General Provisions
All customers who use this website and benefit from our services are deemed to have accepted the following terms. Besada Tourism reserves the right to make changes to these terms without prior notice.
2. Reservation and Cancellation Conditions
Reservations can be made via WhatsApp or the website. Cancellation conditions vary by service type:
- Tour cancellations: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before
- Hotel cancellations: Subject to the hotel cancellation policy
- Car rental cancellations: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before
- Bungalow cancellations: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before
3. Payment Conditions
Payments can be made in cash (TL or USD), bank transfer/EFT or credit card. The remaining amount is collected at the start of the tour.
4. Limitation of Liability
Besada Tourism cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by force majeure such as weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures. Alternative solutions will be offered in such cases.
